Hi. Yes, I've also noticed that the Brailliant display line has had various issues with Bluetooth connectivity over the past few years. The newer firmware seemed to be a bit better when using the HID mode, but I haven't honestly used it enough to really say that it's better over a longer period of time. I find the Resreshabraille and the HIMS products seem to hold the connection better. The first and second generation of the Refreshabraille don't seem to hold the connection over a distance of 3 or 4 meters, but the newer generation, along with the Braille Edge and Braille Sense tend to hold the connection pretty stable for about 10 meters.
