You've probably tried all this before, but I thought I might put it out there anyhow. Have you tried turning off iCloud sync off for both devices, then enabling it on your iPhone, for a day or two while keeping it off on your iPad for that time, then turning it back on after those two days? Just a thought. It might just joggle things in to place. I'm so sorry you've been having so many issues with VDR. I have some issues with it stopping reading, but the text continuing to scroll, and then the voice starting up again seconds later. I wrote Winston about this, and he recommended deleting and reinstalling the library. I haven't done this so far, because I have a big library, like you. I hardly ever delete anything, and I have most things in folders. I'm kind of nervous to find out what will happen to my library after deleting it and bringing it back with iCloud sync.
