The best way is to put your phone into recovery mode and use ITunes to download a new version of iOS.
Firstly, turn off your phone. Connect it to your computer with ITunes running. Press both the power and home buttons on your phone and hold for about 15 seconds. Release the power button and keep the home button depressed and ITunes should detect a phone in recovery mode. You can then choose to download and restore your phone. On an I6 it may be power with volume down rather than home can't remember try both, one should work.
