Hi Dan, I don't think this exists although it would be a great addition to iOS. The Apple Watch can give you the time silently via vibrations, you simply double tap the screen and it will give you hours and minutes or, if you know the hour you can triple tap the screen and it will only vibrate the minutes. There are 3 styles of vibrations you can choose from, one gives you the time in morse code if you happen to know morse code, the other two are just two different patterns which are pretty easy to learn. I really don't see why this feature couldn't be added to the iPhone, just double tap the screen when the phone is locked and it would vibrate the time in the same way the watch does. This would be a useful feature for anybody who wants a silent way to tell the time and also benefit the DeafBlind community.
