Apple sending you the next version of iOs? It has to download at some point 
before it tells you iOs blah.blah is now available... 
and so on.

But yes, irritating as it is burning off your bandwidth without your permission 
again.

Subject: Network Connection In Progress


It makes perfect sense when this is in my status bar when I am doing something 
for it to be there. But sometimes, it is there when I 
am not. Perhaps it is left over from when I was doing something, but I assume 
the connection is still live. Even when I close 
everything in the app switcher, it is still there. The only way I can cancel it 
is to reboot my phone. Any ideas why it  is still 
there, and how to cancel it without having to reboot my phone?
