When you tap on the date or time, it seems like nothing's happening but when you do that, a picker item shows further down the screen; you flick up or down on the picker item(s) until you get the value that you want. Go back up the screen, double-tap on the next item that you want to change, manipulate its corresponding picker item, and so on. When you're done, double-tap the Add button at the top righthand corner of the screen below the status bar. That should do the trick. Hope this helps.
