Hello Terri, Yes, there is a marvelously VoiceOver accessible app which you may use.
I will paste in the text of my original post on this app, below my signature. This is one of my favorite apps. I use it weekly. The developers are very careful not to break VoiceOver accessibility and for that, I always thank them. I have a sighted friend who uses offer-up, though I know this doesn't have a housing section. I tried this on my Iphone a couple of months ago, and unfortunately it didn't seem accessible at all. I mainly want a site that will offer a range of housing options, but more with private landlords. I don't like big management companies. That's a personal choice.
