Hi Victor and Casey, First of all, Victor, Casey asked how to delete photos from his phone using the phone which is why I gave him the steps to do this. Secondly, Casey and Victor, you cannot delete pictures off your phone any more since iOS 8.3 unless you don't have "iCloud Photo Library" turned on. If you have iCloud Photo Library turned on and I venture a lot of people do have it turned on, you can still see pictures on your phone in Windows Explorer and I am pretty sure you can still copy them, but you can't delete them since with the introduction of iCloud Photo Library the file and folder permissions were changed to disallow this. You can of course turn off iCloud Photo Library which from what I read restores the ability to delete pictures using Windows Explorer, but then of course your pictures won't upload to iCloud.
