My guess is that health and home can't be deleted because they're not just simple apps. If you can't deal with that by putting them on the last page of your device into a folder that you may name trash or whatever, I suggest you get an android and see if you like that any better. This is such a non-issue. Just move the damn things where you don't have to look at them and forget about it. Why is that hard? Mary
