Hi Gianni, You'll probably get more detailed help on the Mac Visionaries list, but here are a few ideas.
Go to the History menu, and choose the Clear History option. Open Preferences with Command-Comma, choose Extensions, and make sure the only extensions are ones you know about and want. Also in Preferences, choose Security, and choose which content you want.
