Hi, Hi, All of a sudden my phone seems to be frozen. All my apps etc are there but the click sound that happens when you go between items isn’t working and when I just touch something slightly something else opens. I also have music on that I can’t seem to turn off. I’ve plugged in the phone to itunes hoping that would fix but not so. What should I do next? Sorry for the vague description just haven’t seen anything like this before. Jen
