You can go into iCloud and where it says enter your password and it comes up saying forgot password and they can't send you a text message with a code to put in to password for iCloud to reset it because I just had to do that so that's how it's done forgot your password and you forgot your questions but it may take a couple days for it to reset took three days for mine to get a A new code or password hope this helps
