Perhaps Microsoft Word or Pages from Apple. Both of these are free word processors. How accessible they are for editing PDF files though may be another question. If you have a 64 gig device, then you should have gotten Pages when you first got your device. If you don't have it, then go to the App Store and you can download again or search for it.
