For day to day use, I recommend the 10000MA power bank from Anker. It's rugged, vey thin and portable, and has a rough texture which is easy to grip. They have larger capacity batteries. I have a 26800MA battery but it's too big for pocket use. There are also smaller lipstick sized batteries which have around 3500 MA. This would charge an iPHONE at least once. A 10000MA battery would keep you in power for a few days if necessary and is still no larger or heavier than a deck of cards.
