Hello, For what it's worth, this is how I usually use the Alexa App on my iPhone 6S Plus iOS 10.1.1. This is how I activate links or check boxes. I double Tap, I hold the tap for a second or so and it usually works. But if I tap quickly and release my finger, usually things won't work. I have also spoken to Amazon and filled out the feedback form, but?????????????? Just my thoughts on the subject.
