Hi. I don't think there's a way to bring that back. Besides, that method of restarting your phone will eventually corrupt the springboard. If you want to do a quick restart, simply hold the power and home buttons for 5 seconds on iPhones that aren't the 7 or 7+ and for the 7 and 7+ hold the power and volume down button for 5 seconds.
