Hello. I'm unsure of what you are speaking of. You should be able to back up apps to iTunes. Please ensure you have the latest update to iTunes software installed. Hi all, As you might be aware, from IOS9 and later, you can't backup apps to iTunes. This can be a major problem for those of us who are having accessibility issues and may want to migrate to an older version of the app. Does anyone know a way to backup apps?
