Hi can you please walk us threw how to do an inqripted back up with iTunes?

Can you please share how to restore from the inqripted back up when you
need to and then can you delete the inqripted back up and make A new one
should you ever need to?
And if you did this would you need to enter A new password for the newer
back also if you ever have to create A newer inqripted back then the one
you already had?
