I am not a Twitter user, but hopefully all you guys who own Neatos can accomplish something since the company at this point does not get accessibility. I had emailed them also via their support page and received a very ignorant reply. It is definitely necessary for somebody to get in touch with somebody higher up and not just front line support people who are most likely sitting in some call centre in India or the Philippines and have no clue what you are talking about. I certainly will not invest this sort of money into a product which may become completely inaccessible if the company puts out an update without regard to accessibility, in that case I might as well just buy a basic model which has no connectivity.
