Sometimes, no always. When I double tab on the phone app, the phone crash. No voice over, no siri, just the screen blanck. If I press the home button, after a few seconds everything start to work normally, even voice over. I have restored, and I have follow the whole steps that apple tech support told me to do. My last called was Dec 17th, and tech support told me that this problem and others related with the IOs 10.2, have been happening with the iPhone 7 of 128gb. He recommend me to replace the iPhone, because this problem is no present in all iPhone 7 of 128gb, however they have found this problem only in this model. It is what tech support told me this last dec 17th.
