Maria, I just checked a flight scheduled to land at my home airport in the next half hour. Under the tracking button, FlightView contains a Details button which will give you text in-flight info such as the current ground speed and altitude of the flight and Voiceover speaks this without a problem. There is also a Map button which will show graphically the location of the flight on a map but with no Voiceover reading of the map information.
One of my favorite features of FlightView is its push notifications of airport departure, takeoff, landing, and gate arrival of flights being tracked with it. I hope this helps.
