Hi Shawn, assuming this issue isn't fixed for a while, you wouldn't have to plug your phone in. Wireless syncing is available in iOS, plus, if you enable automatic downloads, you can purchase something in iTunes and it will be pushed to your phone automatically. Not at all underplaying the issue, just offering work-arounds for a situation that I very much hope is temporary. Jonathan
