Question, if you get another contact named Kate or David how will you tell
them apart?

Today I need an explanation for the Contacts app. I think the best way
to ask my question is through an example...
I have a contact named Kate. Now I'm creating a contact named David.
David is Kate's brother. Should I add a related name to Kate's
contact, and set David as her brother, or set Kate as David's sister
in Kate's contact?
I hope it isn't so complicated, and somebody could help me...
