Hi, Someone who uses a hearing aid might be able to say if this will work with a hearing aid or not. But it is a very small one ear device that sits right in the ear. It is about half the size of the Voyager. It is so light it is easy to forget it is even there. It is small and diamond shaped with an ear bud on one end. And has about a one inch little boom extending out from it. You can adjust it to fit into either ear. It sounds great. The buttons are similar to the voyager. There is one on the boom mic. And there are three on the diamond shaped body. Among other functions such as accepting voice commands these four buttons will do the basic functions such as volume up, down, and turning the Edge on and off. I especially like the hands free function where I can tell it to answer and it answers my phone.
I also have the charging casket. It really is shaped like a casket which is why they call it that. And by using the charging casket you can literally go 18 hours between having to plug it into a computer or wall to charge it. It uses a normal charging cable that is USB on one end and micro SD on the other. You probably have those lying around but they usually are supplied wherever these Edges are sold Y only complaint with the Edge is that in order to begin the charge while in the casket. For the six hour boost you need between plugging it in, you swipe your hand across the edge while it is sitting in the charger. Sighted people look for these lights to flash so they know the boost is beginning. If you can’t see the lights then you just take it on faith or fate that you swiped it correctly and when you take it out of the charger it will be back up to full strength. I Got around this by just charging it and boosting it on a regular schedule. That way I know it is ready at a moment’s notice whether I need it or not. Hope that helps.
