You do not have to accept a laptop. Mike Arrigo, who posts to this list has the box and speaks very highly about its functionality. I certainly trust his comments on his experiences with the box. The key question is when the boxes will be available system wide. The reps may not know that. But they are the ones responsible for taking our calls and registering us in their database as interested and in need of these boxes. Good luck.
