You've gotten a lot of replies on this thread. Personally, I prefer to avoid cloud-based apps for managing passwords since you have the whole internet hacking issue to deal with. Therefore, I use Keepass on my Windows 7 computer and Mini Keepass on my iPhone. That's spelled K e e and not K e y. I find it very accessible but you do have to use iTunes to manage files between the two unless you choose to use Dropbox which brings up the whole cloud-based issue. The nice thing about Keepass is that it's is free and so is Mini Keepass. You just have to be more manually involved but since I prefer to use my computer to manage my passwords, this isn't an issue for me.
