I found that it is the "Complete" sound for when iTunes finishes downloading something, or finishes syncing. On my Windows 10 computer, I went into the sound scheme and set that sound to none and hit apply. That way, while I'm listening to music I don't have to keep hearing it every few seconds. I'll contact Apple Accessibility and see if they have any ideas. Richard
