There is no way within the messages app to do as you want. With that said, to send a group message with Siri, you can just say, send a message to, and list all of the peoples names. There are also some third party apps that let you create groups to send messages too, but Siri will not work with the third party app. Check out AppleVis for apps that help you create texting groups.
