I'm back with another question, but I promise this is my last for this evening!
(smiles)

A friend has gotten 2 bluetooth headsets from Best Buy. She has an iPhone 7 and
an iPad Mini 2 I think. Both have the latest OS. When she tries to pair the 2
headsets they will pair with the iPad but not iPhone. What she sees in
settings, bluetooth is bluetooth on and below that it says in progress but does
not show the name of the headset. Below in progress it says something about the
watch. Is this because the bluetooth is not compatible between the 7 and the
headset or is there a way to get rid of the thing about the watch and get the
name of the headset so she can tap on it and pair the two? I have one set of
headphones that are the same. They pair beautifully with my iPad but not my
phone. Thanks for the education.
