Talking with moderators from different lists I am on and now having a list of my own I think groups.io is the easiest for a totally blind person. A group of about 115 members on one group I belong to left googlegroups because of the difficulties with it. Go to groups.io and see if it does all you want. I'd second Mama Peach and suggest groups. Io for a new list. I know Google groups is easy to subscribe to via email but I'm not sure managing the list as owner is totally accessible. I know there are accessibility issues with list management under Yahoo groups. Good luck.
