Hello. This happens to me sometimes as well (not only with
earphones, but with docking stations as well). However, I have
found an easy fix. If you have the zello app installed, simply
open it, and set it to speaker mode. Now, voiceover audio will
come through the correct speaker again. If you need more
detailed instructions, let me know.

Good morning all,
Subject says it all. my ringtones and other apps which are
sound-oriented Audible, radio apps, etc all behave as normal,
Siri as well, but VO is being routed through the earpiece the
second I unplug my headset. This is a newly replaced phone, and
I'm positively perplexed.
Thoughts/suggestions?
