Mark! I haven't been following, in detail, the string on ear/airpods, so my
question may seem a
little dense, but is airpod a tradename, meaning for earpods that are designed
to be used when in an
aircraft?

Hello Everyone,
Well, a couple of days ago, I walked into my local Apple store and just
happened to arrive at the exact moment they received a shipment of 7 pairs
of Airpods.
Talk about luck, eh?
Anyway, I must say that I am delighted with the results of the AirPods in
terms of their sound quality and compatibility with my iPhone 6 Plus and
MacBook Pro Mid 2014.
I can honestly say that they are well worth the purchase price.
For the first time ever, I can, on the fly, easily switch between a one ear
configuration and a two ear Bluetooth headset configuration, while using my
iPhone and MacBook Pro. Very, very nice, indeed.
Give them a try at your first opportunity.
