Hello! Ketamine: try going in to the App Store, and hitting on update, it should bring you into a place where it says purchased apps. All apps that you have purchased, and downloaded either free, or paid apps, are there.
If you have downloaded the West Minister chimes previously, then it should be there. All you have to do is re-download it as it will be free to you, and you will not have to pay for it again.
