I use it exclusively for the vibrating alarm as to not bother my wife in the morning. Since I'm an early bird. Whereas she hates mornings with the white hot passion of a thousand burning suns. She on the other hand, uses a wake up light alarm as she's ssighted which in turn allows her to wake up without bothering me.
