Yes. Once you have Facebook open on your phone go to the bottom of the page and the last thing that you can select just says more. Select more and it will take you to a page with your profile and your name you want to hit on your name and then you'll get into your usual stuff like home profile about and some post recent post that you posted. And then at the very bottom of that page if you see logout just go up a couple of lines and you'll get settings and under or somewhere in there either under settings or in its own link you will see privacy.
