the only other way I know of to do this is to copy the book to Dropbox, then
add it to Voice Dream.
The "not available" means it hasn't finished downloading to your computer. I've
seen this with long books from Bookshare. It might first say not available.
Then a minute or two later, it says new, with the reading time.
Could it be you are just not waiting long enough?

Hi.

I have both an iPhone 6s and iPhone 4s. I usually add books to voice dream
reader, using iCloud or dropbox, however, when I am away and don’t have a lot
of data, I prefer to use iTunes to add books from my computer.. I do this using
the file sharing part of the apps table. I am finding that although iTunes
says the book is copied and I can see it in the voice dream documents table,
When I look on voice dream reader, it says not available, and then the file
name.. I often have to add the file 2 or 3 times before it says new, and then
the file name. Is this a bug? is there something I need to change? Is there
any other way I can add the file from my computer to the phone and read with
voice dream?
If it is a bug, has anyone reported it?
PS these are audio books I’m trying to add.
Cheers.
Maria
