Hi, In order to unsubscribe, you need to go into your device's settings, under iTunes and App Store and log into your account. Near the top, your u'll find your username, double tap on it and select view account, I think that is what it says. Once logged in, you can view different parts of your account and make changes. Swipe until you hear subscriptions and tap on this. Then a few seconds later, you will find a list of all services your subscribed to. Select Tune In and once the new page loads, near the bottom you'll find the option to unsubscribe . Select this option and then select confirm when asked and that is it.
I subscribed for the free 30 day trial for premium so I could stream the Superbowl and don't plan on continuing once the trial is over. Hope that helps!
