I think that what you are asking is where does the iPhone keep attachments so that you specifically can delete these sent attachments to save space. I don't think you can do this. Any email you send is kept in the sent folder for the email service you use. You will have to go into this folder, and delete the emails that have attachments to delete the attachments. If I am wrong about this, I hope somebody will correct me.
