You For some reason, did not state in which country you live.  Apple
makes different phones for different regions of the world.  Your
question implies a universal answer for every square kilometer on
earth.  If you are in the United States, the 6S supports cell phone
band 12. which has lower frequencies.  This would enable you to use
T-Mobile and enjoy a similar quality of service as Verizon or AT&T.
T-Mobile is usually cheaper than the other carriers. You will have
much greater coverage and better reception when you are further away
from a cell tower or inside buildings then you would  with a 6.
