Hi, Mine updated to 9.6.0 yesterday without a problem.

Have you tried powering off and on? Are you running out of space on your device?

Subject: netflix app not updating

Hi all.  I’ve tried to update my Netflix app to the newest version for several 
days.  Each time I get the message”unable to download app.  Netflix could not 
be downloaded at this time.”

  .  Just now I tried to open the app on my phone and it says “Netflix 
installing, double tap to pause download.  When I double tap nothing happens.  
It seems like it’s frozen.  Any thoughts?  Thanks.
