It sounds like you are not holding the phone high enough or level enough to get the entire page. I'd suggest buying the FOPYDO Scanning Stand for the blind. It will help with keeping the phone level and positioned at the correct height. You can get it from Amazon, the Fopydo.com web site using pay pal; or through the NFB store. It is $12 even through NFB, or add $3.00 shipping through Amazon and I think the Fopydo web site. It is very light weight and easily folds up for portability. If you read the user guide for KNFB Reader, you will learn how to save and add pages to a document. HTH, Richard
