Hi. I hope I'm not misreading what the problem is here and if I am, apologies in advance.
The iPhone field can be found by going into each individual contact, tapping the edit button and then flicking right until you hear a button which says mobile button. If you flick again to the right you will here simply mobile. This button which I refer to has a number of labels underneath it and by tapping the button you can change the label from mobile to fax to pager to iPhone etc by flicking right and double tapping the one you want. Once you have done this, hit the done button and your contact field should now be labelled as IPhone rather than mobile.
