Sherrie,

Thanks so much for these instructions for displaying all native calendar app
events in a list. Making sure the list setting isn't selected when in month
view as discussed in item 3 below did the trick. I will add that item 5 below
needs to include the additional instruction that list view needs to be selected
after drilling down on a day containing a calendar event which will then
display all calendar events in a list. I'm unclear whether this list setting
will stick and have to be unselected later in month view but I now know the
workaround.

Thanks again.

I always have my calendar events show up in a single long list that does not
include days with no events. When I open the calendar I might occasionally
have to tap on today to get to the current section. I saved the following
instructions in my files because it works. Anyway this is how you get it into a
list:

Hi,

One possible work around:

1. bring up the list of months.

2. Select current month (or another month where you know you have an event).

3. You should then have a month screen with all the days showing. Before
selecting a day with an event on it, if the list button is shown as selected,

unselect it with a double tap.

4. Having done that, Swipe through until you find a day where an event should
show. For example, it might say Friday 11th April, 1 event, then double tap

on that day.

5. All events that you have on the calendar should then show up on the next
screen.

If the list button is selected on the month screen, tapping on an event doesn't
work.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Help Needed with Calendar App or with Accessible Alternative

Hello List,

I'm fairly happy with the native iOS Calendar app since I pretty much manage my
calendar events using Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7 computer and sync them to my
iPhone 7 via iTunes. One thing I really would like to see with a calendar app
is a list of upcoming events for say a week or a month. I've been unable to
figure out how to do this with the native app and can only get a list of a
single day's events. If what I want to see is possible with the native Calendar
app, I'd love some directions on how to do it.

If I need to get another app to do what I want, what recommendations can you
offer? I know Fantastical 2 is often praised here but I'd like to know if it
will let me get a list of upcoming events for longer than a one-day period. As
I mentioned, I'm not as concerned with input capabilities of a calendar app
since I intend to continue managing them with Outlook on my computer.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
