using an iPhone 5s, I went into KNFB Reader settings, selected reading language, found English and double tapped on the more info button, switched from Tom Enhanced to Samantha, double tapped the back button until I got back to my document, double tapped on play, and it read with Samantha. I went back through the settings, selected Tom Enhanced again, and backed out to the document and it read with Tom Enhanced. Are you sure you have downloaded the voice you are trying to use? Richard
