Can't you BUY a LOCKED iPhone from AT&T not under contract @ full
retail price, and then REQUEST that it be UNLOCKED due to the Lack of
a contract I can't SEE any reason why apple or AT&T wouldn't UNLOCK
it for you. It is a roundabout way of achieving the same device as if
you BOUGHT an UNLOCKED iPhone from Apple. This is only a suggestion
because Apple has YET to offer the SALE of an UNLOCKED iPhone 5 @
this point in time.
