Yes, Lire downloads articles to your iPhone for off line reading. I use Feedly and it retains the folder structure. I do not know about Ino though. Lire uses the iPhone mail app to e-mail full text articles. the mail app does not automatically populate, but iPhone users can create a shortcut in their contacts to populate the field with only a few characters.
