I had taken DropBox off my iPhone. So, I just went to the app store and 
installed the DropBox that was there. This was at about 4:45 PM Pacific Time.
It still said it was version 36.2.
And, true to that version number, when you select files, it crashes and you are 
back on the home screen.
I think DropBox support must be ingesting things they should not while at work.
