Anouk, Thanks for the reminder tip about the FileBrowser app. I second Anouk's recommendation. Not only will FileBrowser let you link to your Dropbox account and have access to those files but it also lets you access the files on your local computer. With its built-in media player, you can access all the music stored in your iTunes library on your computer and not have to worry about filling up your device with that music. If you decide to use FileBrowser to attach your local computer file system, I'd caution you to put a password on the app in order to protect your data from obtrusive access. As Anouk stated, FileBrowser is exceedingly accessible with Voiceover.
