Handwriting mode let's you draw the shape of a character on the screen
and then enters that character into the edit field. It's not storing the
image of someone's signature, so I don't think this will work.

At my work, we are looking for alternate ways of obtaining client
signatures than having to depend on getting signatures on paper.
