Carla, Are you trying to access files on a computer that is on the same wi-fi network as your iPhone? I think that will be a requirement for you to be able to access your computer files using FileBrowser and you will need to go into Windows Explorer and access the drive or folder you want to share and select the share with settings from the context menu.
